The city of Toronto may soon be using taxpayer money to help pay for municipal employees to receive gender-affirming care. This includes surgeries, hormone replacement therapy, prosthetic devices like fake breasts, gender-affirming surgical care, medication, hormone therapy and even chest binders and voice classes.
