Think about your microorganisms before trying this

In our pursuit of health, we often focus on eradicating harmful pathogens without considering the delicate ecosystem they exist within. While remedies like colloidal silver or antibiotics may effectively eliminate certain bacteria, they do not discriminate between harmful invaders and beneficial microbes that are vital to our biological function.

The human body is host to trillions of microorganisms—collectively known as the microbiome—that support our biology. Disrupting this balance in an attempt to eliminate “bad” germs may lead to unintended consequences and worse health outcomes.

Moreover, many pathogens we try to eliminate are not merely threats, but indicators. Their presence can signal systemic imbalances—nutritional deficiencies, toxic exposures, or stress-related inflammation—that require deeper attention. In this way, microbes are not just enemies to fight, but messengers helping us understand what’s out of alignment.
Sustainable healing doesn’t come from sterilizing the body. It comes from supporting the terrain—the internal environment—so it becomes inhospitable to illness and conducive to vitality. In other words, we don’t always need to kill the “bad guys.” Sometimes, we need to listen to them.
