Could something as common as the oils in your pantry be silently impacting fertility?
While I cannot definitively state that seed oils are a direct cause of infertility, the correlations warrant careful consideration. Seed oils, which are highly processed and rich in omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, have been shown to contribute to obesity and metabolic dysregulation. Obesity, is itself a well-documented risk factor for impaired fertility in both men and women.
Historically, these oils were developed for industrial purposes, including use as lubricants, not for human consumption. Today, they are pervasive in processed foods and restaurant meals, contributing to elevated oxidative stress, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic disturbances.
Given these mechanisms, it is plausible that long-term exposure to seed oils could indirectly influence reproductive outcomes.
In my latest True Health Report Podcast, I dive into fertility and the overpopulation myth. We unpack the lies we’ve been told and reveal what is actually happening with the global population.
