Earlier this year a new paper on the NASA DART mission included some new processed videos which massively improved the quality of the imagery we have, for the first time we can easily understand the 3D relationship between the asteroids and the ejecta cone. But beyond that there are individual boulders which can be seen and tracked, and this leads to an idea about what might have happened during the impact.
