Stuart Talbott: Wal Thornhill on Impossible Stars | Thunderbolts

Wal Thornhill embraced the view that stars formed at the focus of a plasma z-pinch effect along cosmic transmission lines powered by external Birkeland currents—rejecting the Standard Model that says stars are born in isolation with an internal thermonuclear engine due to gravitational collapse in a molecular cloud.

It was never surprising to Wal when brown, white, or red dwarf stars challenged the idea of what’s possible. In the description of such bodies as so-called “failed stars,” he stated that in an Electric Universe, there’s no such thing as a “failed star”—since they have no engine to fail.

Independent researcher Stuart Talbott adapts an essay as relevant now as when Wal posted it on Holoscience in 2008.
