Claire is a very brave grandmother. Threatened with imprisonment for daring to speak out about the British State stealing her daughter’s children — her grandchildren — Claire is not a lady to be silenced. In an extended, emotional interview, she takes the audience through the events that led to the police and Social Services snatching her two grandchildren from the loving care of their mother, and then handing them to the control of an abusive estranged partner. This tragic and emotional story details the template tactics often used by the UK’s Social Services, the police, complicit legal teams and the secretive Family Courts (known to many as Star Chambers) to take children from their loving birth parents, using false accusations, perjury, false testimony, hearsay, and skewed judicial rulings in secret court hearings.
In this case, as with others reported to UK Column, Claire’s grandchildren were taken from the loving care of their young mother, grandmother, and wider family, and they were passed into the hands of a defective child protection system. Within a few months these happy, healthy children were sick, sad, tired, bruised, bitten, and missing hair. Yet when Claire and her daughter reported these abuses to the child protection services, their response was a cold indifference to the children’s suffering, coupled with absolutely no action to protect them. Claire and her daughter were stonewalled, and their concerns were dismissed.
The UK public should note that Claire’s story is just one of many detailing the UK State’s vicious targeting and stealing of children. In video taken as the children were snatched from the family’s hotel room in Scotland, Claire shows the cold and callous actions of Police Scotland who facilitated the removal of the terrified children, who were driven off into the control of a parent they had never known. The police attending to take them acted “on orders”. They did so despite the fact that two police forces in England had previously taken witness statements detailing serious physical and sexual attacks on the mother by her partner. In subsequent Family Court hearings concerning the children, a file of evidence produced by Claire and her daughter as well as key police witness statements detailing coercive behaviour and serious abuse have either been withheld from proceedings or ignored by both the court and the Sheffield Child Protection teams involved. Whilst many may want to think that their failings arise from crass incompetence, the facts and events detailed by Claire would surely lead the man on the Clapham omnibus to believe that a brutal, organised conspiracy to take vulnerable children is at work.Â
