SpaceX stops making Crew Dragon!! Why? Is Elon Musk gambling too much on Starship?

SpaceX recently announced that Crew Dragon production will be halted with a fleet of four ships.
With New Shepard Space Tourism exploding, and at least two new space stations being built in LEO, is four going to be enough?

Is gambling everything, including Starlink, on Starship the best move? Or, is Crew Dragon not going to measure up against the new competition that is coming out soon?
