Slavoj Žižek tells the Jure Bilić Joke

Jure Bilić joke:

In communist ex-Yugoslavia there was a croat politician called Jure Bilić. On an official trip visiting Giscard d’Estaing, he learned that in France, to appear dignified, you have to add “de” or “d’” to you name.

As they met, Giscard presented himself as d’Estaing and his counterpart replied De Bilić.
Surprised the french politician asked:
“Really, de facto?”

“No, de Jure!”
