Louise Peyton started nursing auxiliary work in 1978, and she later qualified as a nurse in 1982 at Royal Tunbridge Wells. She was labelled ‘noncompliant’ by the NHS in the early 2000s for refusing to take a Hepatitis B jab, and has been forced to seek nursing employment in other settings ever since.
Louise discussed the decline in standards for nursing education and practice that she has observed between the time she trained and what is happening now in health care settings. She mentioned the scandal of overseas nurses committing alleged fraud in the UK.
She has been providing and teaching a range of holistic health therapies, such as Angelic Reiki, since the mid-1990s. Louise believes in the power of positivity for good health; she recommended looking at the work of Dr Bruce Lipton for learning about changing our perceptions.
