Took one picture from a little further back, then walked up a few more steps to get a closer picture of the building. Took two more pictures within seconds of each other, and in the third photo the object appeared. Made no sound, and truly did not even notice it in the sky until I looked at the picture. My friend who was with me, was just as shocked, as she also said she heard and saw nothing in the sky. Our focus was straight ahead at the building so we really feel we should have seen or heard something. Whatever this was moved in and out of the area very quickly.
