Washington State Advisory Committee Public Briefing on Labor Laws & Role of Arbitration – Panel 4



The Washington Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights hosted a series of online public panels to hear testimony regarding the disproportionate impacts of police use of force and whether specific state laws might obstruct the ability of state or local agencies to correct disparities on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability or national origin.

Through this factfinding exercise, the Committee provided recommendations on the legislation and administration of these topics.
