Blue Origin has STILL failed to deliver flight certified engines to ULA. The Vulcan Centaur, Space Force, Dream Chaser and many other vital customers are in a very tight spot that is just getting worse.
And, ULA is continuing to lose vital bids to SpaceX in the meantime.
