We are working out more and still gaining weight.
This is largely because much of the food being consumed today actively contributes to weight gain. At the same time, we are exposing our bodies to a constant stream of toxins that cannot be easily processed or eliminated. As a result, even though we may be exercising more, the body continues to hold on to weight.
If you want to lose weight, you have to understand your biology—especially how it responds to the toxins present in our environment.
