A class action lawsuit has been filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against the governments of BC and Canada over their handling of the Cowichan title case.
In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth shows how officials flat-out lied to these homeowners during a controversial treaty negotiation with the Cowichan Tribes in an effort to eventually steal their private property and how this isn’t about “reconciliation”, but instead it’s robbery by bureaucracy.
