So how do you truly keep yourself well-hydrated?
Start with drinking up to 8 oz./1 cup of water every 30 minutes (and no more, unless you wanna set up camp on the toilet)…
And make sure your water is pure and free from poisons (like the myriad heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, VOCs, and microplastics present in tap water). That’s why I recommend investing in a proper water filter, like RO or distillation (no Berkeys).
Unless, of course, you’re able to source pure water from a local spring, which is gonna be your very best option.
